We are a direct FRP composite manufacturer with full in-house production workshops for molded and pultruded grating, structural profiles, covers and handrail systems. We also provide engineering design and custom tooling support.

Can I get an FRP grating sample before ordering?

Yes — small sample pieces are available for quality evaluation before you place a bulk order. We can also provide material test reports and dimensional inspection data.

What is your typical lead time?

Standard products: 7–15 working days. Custom products with tooling: 15–30 working days depending on complexity and order quantity.

What resin options can you supply?

General-purpose polyester for normal environments, isophthalic polyester for moderate corrosion, and vinyl ester resin for heavy chemical and corrosion environments. Fire-retardant and UV-stabilized grades also available.

Can you make custom size, color and shape FRP products?

Yes — OEM custom dimension, color, surface treatment and shape are all acceptable. Our engineering team can support from CAD design to tooling fabrication and full production.

How do you ensure product quality?

We perform incoming material inspection, in-process dimensional checks, resin content testing, Barcol hardness verification and final load/deflection testing. Every batch is traceable with inspection records.

How about packaging and shipment?

We use wooden pallet packing with protective wrapping, and support sea freight on FOB, CIF or DDP terms. We can also arrange container loading supervision.
