As an FRP pultruded grating supplier, ZeAllgrate produces pultruded (built-up bar) fiberglass grating engineered for long spans and heavy loads. In the pultrusion process, continuous glass rovings are pulled through resin and a heated die to form rigid profiles, then assembled and cross-linked into grating panels. The result is high stiffness per kilogram — ideal for platforms, walkways and heavy-duty zones where molded grating would deflect.
