How Our Custom Process Works
Step 1 — Send Your Dimensions
Email your drawing, sketch or measured dimensions (panel size, thickness, bar spacing, resin, surface and any cut-outs) to [email protected]. Photos of the existing installation help.
Step 2 — Engineering Quote
We confirm feasibility, resin system, surface type and quantity, and return a firm quote with lead time. No hidden cutting or processing surcharges.
Step 3 — Manufacture & Cut-to-Size
Panels are moulded/pultruded, then cut to your size, edged, drilled and deburred. Cut-outs and bolt holes are machined to drawing before QC inspection.
Step 4 — QC & Delivery
Each custom order is checked against the drawing, packed and crated for container or LCL shipment, with COA, MSDS and load test reports.
What We Can Customise
Sizes, Thicknesses & Resins
Standard 25/30/38/50 mm thickness; polyester, isophthalic or vinyl ester resin; UV-stabilised for outdoor use. Choose molded or pultruded depending on load and span.
Shapes, Cut-Outs & Details

Minimum Order & Lead Time
