FRP Grating Manufacturing Process
Molded FRP Grating
Continuous glass fibre is woven and impregnated with thermoset resin in a mould, cured as a single monolithic panel. Molded FRP grating offers a bidirectional, square-mesh panel with good impact tolerance and is well suited to walkways and platforms.
Pultruded FRP Grating
Glass rovings are pulled through a resin bath and a heated die to form continuous profiles (bars, I-beams, tubes), then assembled and cross-linked. Pultruded FRP grating delivers high stiffness per weight for long spans and heavy loads.
Finishing & QC
Panels are cut to size, edged, drilled and surface-treated (gritted or concave) before inspection. Mechanical, fire-resistance and dimensional checks follow our ISO 9001 system, with CE, ASTM E-84 Class B, ABS and Intertek backing.
