The 25mm molded FRP grating is the lightest and most economical panel in the ZeAllgrate molded range. At roughly 12-15 kg per square metre it delivers a corrosion-resistant, non-slip walking surface for purely pedestrian loads, where heavier 38mm or 50mm panels would add unnecessary cost and weight. Manufactured by Nantong Zeall New Materials Co., Ltd. (ZeAllgrate) since 2004, this 25mm fiberglass reinforced plastic panel combines continuous fiberglass roving with a polyester or vinyl ester resin matrix to produce a truly bi-directional grid. The 25mm molded panel is supplied in the standard 1220 x 3660 mm (4 ft x 12 ft) moulded sheet and can be cut to size on site. Its shallow section keeps self-weight low while still providing a safe anti-slip surface for foot traffic.

Because the 25mm section is engineered for people rather than vehicles, it is specified where light weight and low cost matter more than long spans. Common uses include pedestrian walkways and access platforms on industrial plants, walkway treads on mezzanine floors, stair nosings and step covers, trench and drainage covers in car parks and service yards, cathodic-protection and electrical substation grids where non-conductivity is essential, food and light-processing walkovers, marina pontoon boarding strips, and staging for temporary events. It is also widely used as a ventilation grille, machine guard panel and anti-slip paving around swimming pools, fountains and water-treatment basins. The light weight means two workers can carry a full 1220 x 3660 mm sheet without lifting gear, which keeps installation fast and safe on rooftops, confined spaces and occupied buildings.
Select 25mm molded grating whenever the load is pedestrians only and support centres are no wider than about 900 mm. If hand trucks, pallet jacks or occasional light trolley traffic are expected, move up to the 38mm molded grating. Choose the 40mm or 50mm section for forklift or vehicle duty. For very corrosive acids, pair the 25mm panel with a vinyl ester resin grade from our vinyl ester grating range rather than changing thickness. If small tools or high heels must not fall through, specify the mini-mesh opening instead of the standard 38 x 38 mm grid.
