1. Standard-Panelgrößen von FRP-Rosten

FRP-Roste werden in Standard-Panelgrößen hergestellt, um Kosten niedrig und Installation vorhersehbar zu halten. Das häufigste geformte Glasfaserroste-Panel ist 1220mm x 3660mm (4 ft x 12 ft). Weitere Größen sind 1000 x 3000mm, 1200 x 3000mm und 1220 x 2440mm (4 ft x 8 ft). Paneele können voll oder auf die exakten Maße Ihrer Plattform, Ihres Grabens oder Laufstegs zugeschnitten geliefert werden. Für Exportprojekte ist 1220 x 3660mm der weltweite Industriestandard.

2. Formrost- vs Pultrusionsabmessungen

Geformte FRP-Roste werden als einteiliges Panel mit Harz und Glas in einer Form gepresst, in den obigen Standardgrößen mit 38x38mm Maschenöffnungen. Pultrudierte Roste werden aus I-, T- oder Vierkantprofilen mit Querstangen gebaut und auf die exakten Maße montiert, oft in 25mm, 38mm oder 50mm Profiltiefe. Da sie montiert statt geformt werden, kann fast jede rechteckige Größe ohne eigene Form produziert werden.

3. Paneldicke und Maschenöffnungen

Standard-Formroste werden in 25mm, 30mm und 38mm Dicke mit 38x38mm Maschen geliefert. Mikro-Maschen-Paneele verwenden 12x12mm oder 19x19mm Öffnungen. Pultrudierte Roste werden nach Profiltiefe (25mm, 38mm, 50mm) spezifiziert. Die Kombination aus Dicke und Maschen bestimmt die Tragfähigkeit: dickere Paneele und kleinere Maschen tragen mehr, wiegen aber mehr und kosten mehr.

4. Toleranz und Zuschnittoptionen

Standard-Formpaneele werden mit Maßtoleranz von ±3mm gefertigt. Alle FRP-Roste können zugeschnitten oder maßgeliefert werden: gerade Enden, Ausschnitte für Stützen und Winkelzuschnitte für Stufen und Rampen. Bei maßgefertigtem Zuschnitt versiegelt die Fabrik freiliegende Kanten mit Harz. Für saubere Kanten kann Flachstahl oder Randprofil an den Umfang geschraubt werden.

5. Gewicht pro Panel

Ein Standard-Formpanel 1220 x 3660mm, 25mm wiegt ca. 28-32 kg; 30mm ca. 35-40 kg und 38mm 45-55 kg. Das geringe Gewicht gegenüber Stahl (60-70% leichter für gleiche Last) erleichtert Handhabung und Installation ohne schweres Hebezeug und vereinfacht die Logistik bei Offshore- und Remote-Projekten.

6. Die richtige Panelgröße wählen

Wählen Sie die Größe nach Ihrer Tragstruktur, nicht nur nach Fläche. Paneele sollten mindestens 38mm auf jedem Träger aufliegen. Für Laufstege verwenden Sie Standardpaneele auf Breite zugeschnitten. Für Kanalabdeckungen wählen Sie Breiten passend zum Kanal. Für Stufen bestellen Sie vorgeschnittene Maße mit Granulatoberfläche. Bestätigen Sie die Lasttabelle vor der Bestellung.

Standard panel thicknesses

Molded FRP grating is manufactured in standard thicknesses of 25mm, 30mm, 38mm and 50mm. The 25mm and 30mm panels suit pedestrian walkways and platforms; 38mm is the common all-round industrial choice; 50mm is specified for heavy-duty and vehicle areas. Pultruded grating is made in deeper sections (typically 25–100mm I-bar depths) for higher load capacity over longer spans.

Mesh openings

Mesh opening is the clear distance between bearing bars. Common molded openings range from 19×19mm up to 40×40mm. A tighter 19×19mm or 25×25mm mesh is used where small objects, heels or tools must not pass through; 38×38mm and 40×40mm maximise open area, drainage and light. Choose the opening that balances safety and open area for your application.

Standard panel dimensions

Molded FRP grating panels are commonly supplied in dimensions such as 1220×3660mm (4ft×12ft) and 1000×3000mm or 1000×4000mm in metric markets. Pultruded grating is often supplied as 1220×3660mm panels or as loose bearing bars with separately supplied cross bars. Composite grating is manufactured to practical tolerances on length, width and thickness (commonly ±1.5% or ±3mm, whichever is greater, on length). Weight and planning

Panel weight depends on thickness, mesh and resin — roughly 25mm panels weigh around 14–20kg/m² and 50mm panels around 28–38kg/m². Factor in weight for transport, lifting and support design. Use the standard sizes to space support beams at or below the rated span and to estimate total material for your FRP grating project.
